Commissioning and chief assembling supervision

We have huge experience of commissioning work that is carried out under strict supervision such guaranteeing minimal time limits for the commissioning period and full elimination of after-delivery malfunctions.

Chief assembling supervision step-by-step

  • Installation and assembly of components of the appliance in cases when the transportation of the machine involves dismantling.
  • Connection to the mains (power supply, compressed air, water etc.) using materials of the Customer (electric cables, fittings, hoses etc.).
  • Setting up and adjusting the appliance.
  • Testing performance of the appliance at idle and during the operation for compliance with the performance declared.
  • Production of test samples of parts using respective functions of the appliance (in certain cases, it is possible to produce parts according to the drawings and requirements of the Customer).
  • Consulting and coaching the staff of the Customer about operation and maintenance of the appliance.

Scheduled maintenance

Our Customer Service independently rates and defines the list and the scope of scheduled maintenance works necessary for excellent working condition of the machinery obtained by the Customer and is responsible for implementation of these works within the agreed service contract. The main goal here is to ensure the efficiency of the machinery with given parameters during the entire period of the contract of service within the given budget.

Casualty maintenance and repair

Repair of the machinery during the warranty and post-warranty period

Warranty maintenance and repair is carried out under the contract of warranty service and is characterized by following features:

  • Immediate response to a warranty case.
  • Picking a solution that is optimal to solve the warranty case.
  • Co-operation with manufacturer experts in order to identify the direct and indirect causes of the malfunction and to prevent similar situations in future.

If necessary, a contract about post-warranty maintenance of the machinery can be signed.
