Description

The perfect choice for industries requiring high rigidity, accuracy and ease of use at the same time. A cast one-piece 45° slant bed made of patented MEEHANITE material provides greater rigidity.  Exceptional positioning accuracy is achieved by using C1 class double nut ballscrews, ultra-precision spindle cartridges for both spindles, and other PREMIUM components.

The cast frame

The high rigidity of the machine is achieved through a cast 45° inclined frame made of the patented material MEEHANITE strength of which is 2 times superior to gray iron.

Smooth movement and rapid traverse

Movements are smooth and rapid traverse can increase up to 30 m/min; extra endurance is provided by sliding boxways that feature special Turcite B anti-friction way and gib liners.

Precision and repeatability

An ultra-precision spindle cartridge, C1 class double nut ballscrews and other PREMIUM components provide positioning precision and repeatability unmatched by any other lathe in this class.

TOUCH 2200 digital CNC system

The touch control system is developed on the basis of the powerful and flexible Siemens platform. It is designed for maximum performance and provides everything necessary for fast and efficient production:

  • Conversational mode for simple programming.
  • A full set of production cycle programming software.
  • Hot keys and resource control.
  • G-code programming and editing that is compatible with Fanuc, Siemens and Haas G-codes.
  • Automatic calculation of dimensions missing from the drawing.
  • Real-time visualization available while programming.
  • Modeling of 3D solids.

  • Brushless alternating current servomotors

Optional turret head with a simple and efficient type VDI tool holder is equipped with a tool spindle motor of 10 HP that has low power consumption and rigid tap feature. CNC of the machine tool enables simplified programming right at the site for the most sophisticated milling processes such as engraving, hexagonal milling, pocketing of varying difficulty, and drilling.
