Design features

The cast frame

The high rigidity of the machine is achieved through a cast 45° inclined frame made of the patented material MEEHANITE strength of which is 2 times superior to gray iron.

Up-to-the-minute CNC conversational mode

The touch control system is developed on the basis of the powerful and flexible Siemens platform. It is designed for maximum performance and provides everything necessary for fast and efficient production:

  • Conversational mode for simple programming.
  • A full set of production cycle programming software.

  • G-code programming and editing that is compatible with Fanuc, Siemens and Haas G-codes.

Extra rigidity

Extra rigidity is achieved by means of sliding boxways that feature special Turcite B anti-friction way and gib liners.

Unique handwheel option for manual chamfering control and software shutdown 

The operator can control X and Y axis travel using a pair of electronic handwheels as well as move the spindle up and down by help of the third handwheel. Handwheels are located conveniently on the front panel of the machine and can also be used to manage the Handwheel Run program mode. Handwheels allow operating two axes simultaneously. The control mode can be enabled using both absolute and relative coordinates.
